Cancellation and Refunds

TICCO^® does not offer refunds for services rendered. However, in rare instances where work hasn’t commenced within 7 days of payment, a cancellation of work/contract and refund may be considered. This will be subject to a 5% administrative fee deduction and must be mutually agreed upon.
If you wish to cancel your subscription or renewals, ensure to do so at least 15 days before your next billing cycle begins or 15 Days’ notice in case of Retainers. Failure to meet this timeline means no refund will be provided.
If a refund is due: Upon service termination, the refunded sum will be returned to the originating account within a period of 30-45 days.
